This patch fixes top-ladder LP feeling broken, a stuck auto-run loot screen, and a rare blank player HP bar during combat. 
Ranked Arena — LP vs #1
Hidden MMR synced for elite players — if someone sits at #1 on LP but their MMR drifted low from passive defense / stomp wins, the server now floors their effective MMR from ladder rank so match rewards make sense
Soundmind-style edge case fixed — high LP + low MMR divergence shouldn't happen going forward; existing season gets a one-time backfill on deploy
Auto-Run
Equip & Salvage fixed — during auto-run loot reveals, Equip & Salvage current item now correctly continues to the next drop (was getting stuck after that action)
Combat UI
Player HP bar flash fix — fixed a rare glitch where YOUR health bar could appear blank for a moment mid-fight
