Fixes

Leaderboard revamped - now you see everything realtime including the points (LP/depth/collection) and always your rank. Profile cards for top 80 only.
Salvage is blocked if the item is equipped on any loadout — tap, hold, bulk, item sheet. Unequip it everywhere first
