HOTFIXES LIVE (reload the app once to install) 

SPELL SURGE (Arcane Cuffs)

• Now scales with your build — each proc grants +2% of your current Spell Power
• Stacks up to 15 (~+34% SP at cap) — still capped so Arcane Echo / Reflection can't explode it
• Combat log shows the gain — e.g. SPELL SURGE +540 Spell Power (3/15).

Combat QoL

• Chaos Theory still forces one legendary each attack, but your other legendaries can still proc too — and the log now shows which one Chaos Theory picked
• Ice Armor barrier scales off Frost Mastery again (was incorrectly using Holy)
• Combat log collapse improved — repeated hits/procs collapse to (×N) and keep floating damage numbers correct

Loot Reveal & Compare

• Tap anywhere on the reveal card to advance (not just the card body)
• Dual-slot compare (rings / trinkets) is a swipe pager — see both slots without tiny tabs
• Equip on occupied slots is now hold to confirm — harder to mis-tap a replace
